Facilities Services Technician

Position Summary The Technician will be responsible for maintaining utility distribution within a semiconductor fabrication environment, including responding to leaks, conducting visual inspections, and repairing systems as needed. Responsibilities Monitor distribution systems visually, document abnormalities, and execute repairs. Respond to reported utility outages or out‑of‑spec conditions, leaks, and piping failures and coordinate repairs with tool owners. Execute repairs in coordination with tool owners; membership on the Emergency Response Team (ERT) is required. Work with stainless steel, polypropylene, CPVC, and PVDF piping systems. Perform visual inspections by walking through designated areas to identify abnormalities. Modify and repair systems as required. Work compressed work weeks, 12‑hour day shifts (A/C day). Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Journeyman Plumber certification or equivalent. Basic computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Experience in a semiconductor or similar cleanroom environment is preferred. Compensation & Benefits The base salary range for this role is $20.50 to $46.00 per hour, based on duties, location, education, skills, qualifications, and experience.
