Develop freight pricing strategies that support customer needs and business profitability Collaborate with Carrier Development and Operations teams to ensure successful freight execution Build strong carrier relationships to support transportation capacity requirements Provide proactive communication and resolve service challenges effectively Identify market opportunities and trends to support customer growth Maintain accurate customer information, activity tracking, and pipeline updates within internal systems Utilize TMS platforms and transportation technology tools effectively Support customer retention through consistent service and relationship management Qualifications 5+ years of business development or account management experience within a non-asset freight brokerage environment Experience with carrier sales or brokerage operations preferred Strong understanding of freight pricing, transportation execution, and brokerage processes Knowledge of: Full Truckload (FTL), Dry Van, Reefer, Over-Dimensional Freight, Specialized Equipment, Multi-Modal Transportation Strong sales, negotiation, customer service, and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage customer relationships in a fast-paced transportation environment Experience with TMS systems and Microsoft Office applications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr ATALNT
