Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive eye exams and diagnose refractive and ocular conditions.

  • Provide accurate prescriptions and recommend appropriate eyewear or contact lenses.

  • Meet or exceed annual patient volume and revenue targets through efficient care.

  • Maintain detailed patient records and ensure HIPAA/compliance adherence.

  • Identify growth opportunities in the territory and contribute to pipeline development.

  • Stay updated on latest optometry standards, devices, and treatment modalities.

  • Deliver patient education on eye health, treatment plans, and aftercare.

  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate seamless patient experiences.

  • Document patient outcomes and analyze data to inform practice improvements.

  • Support merit-based reward culture by self-managing performance and professional growth.

  • Participate in on-site clinics and community outreach to expand clinic visibility.

  • Assist in inventory management and ensure proper maintenance of diagnostic equipment.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Doctor of Optometry license in good standing and eligibility to practice.

  • Perform comprehensive eye exams and accurately diagnose refractive and ocular conditions.

  • Proficiently write accurate eyewear/contacts prescriptions and fit/select lenses.

  • Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records with attention to data security.

  • Meet or exceed annual patient volume and revenue targets through efficient care.

  • Stay current with optometry standards, devices, and treatment modalities.

  • Deliver patient education on eye health, treatment plans, and aftercare.

  • Document outcomes and analyze data to drive practice improvements.

  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and contribute to pipeline development.

  • Collaborate with team to ensure seamless patient experiences and referrals.

  • Participate in on-site clinics and community outreach to boost clinic visibility.

  • Assist in inventory management and ensure maintenance of diagnostic equipment.

  • Self-manage performance and pursue professional development for merit-based rewards.

  • Demonstrate strong accountability in a target-driven, measurable environment.
