Finance Manager - Manufacturing
Location: Park Ridge, NJ (Onsite)

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to join a growing manufacturing organization in Park Ridge, NJ. This role will be responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across the business, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end reporting and provide actionable financial insights to support business performance
• Drive monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve performance
• Partner with operations and leadership to support strategic initiatives and business planning
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis, modeling, and reporting as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and overall efficiency within Finance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant financial analysis experience with progressive responsibility
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems (Power BI and Microsoft D365 a plus)
• Proven ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and ability to influence decision-making
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across departments

This is a fully onsite role offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
