What You'll Need to Succeed as a Bartender

A positive attitude, one team mentality, player focus, ability to thrive in a popular environment, and previous experience behind the bar in a high-energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting.

What you will do in the role: Greet Players with energy and personality, create a welcoming bar experience, upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades. Mix up a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, keep the bar area neat, stocked, and ready to roll. Collaborate with other Playmakers to deliver top-notch service, ensure every Player feels like a VIP, the Topgolf Way. Stick to safety and sanitation standards, keep the bar clean, safe, and compliant.

Physical requirements include lifting and moving things up to 50 lb., being on your feet for most of the day, active tasks, and endurance in a high-volume working environment. This role requires that you must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment and retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law.
