LPN - Urology Clinic Location Raleigh, West Virginia Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Day Shift: 08:00 - 17:00 Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Urology Clinic team. This position involves monitoring, documenting, and communicating patient statuses as well as executing plan of care interventions, including specimen collection for adults with urologic conditions affecting the urinary tract and reproductive system. Responsibilities Monitor and document patient status and interventions. Collect specimens and assist in the planning of patient care. Communicate effectively with healthcare team and patients. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current LPN license to practice in West Virginia in good standing with the Board of Health Professions. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
