Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to work in a fast-paced L&D unit handling 350+ deliveries per month with a Level III NICU supporting high-risk maternal populations. The RN will provide care throughout the labor process, assist with cesarean sections, and manage high-risk antepartum patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care through all phases of labor and delivery .

• Perform triage assessments and manage high-risk antepartum patients .

• Circulate and assist in cesarean section procedures .

• Monitor and manage post-partum hemorrhage and severe pre-eclampsia .

• Administer medications including magnesium sulfate and IV antihypertensives .

• Float to Mother Baby / Post-Partum units when required.

• Collaborate with physicians and NICU team to provide safe patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent L&D experience (within last 3 years).

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program .

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License .

• BLS – Basic Life Support

• NRP – Neonatal Resuscitation Program

Required Certifications

• ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support

• AWHONN – Advanced Fetal Monitoring

• BLS
