We are looking for a Customer Service Associate who enjoys talking with people and can keep a conversation organized from the first question through the next step. This is a full-time, in-office role.
You will communicate with individuals looking for information about health coverage and life benefits, listen carefully to what they need, and help make the process easier to understand.
A normal day can include answering questions, documenting important details, coordinating follow-up, and making sure people know what happens next.
You do not need to arrive knowing the industry. We will teach you the process.
