Job Description:
The CVOR Tech performs a variety of technical duties to assist in preparing and caring for pre-operative patients in a cardiovascular operating room setting.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Prepare operating room and surgical instruments for CVOR procedures
• Assist surgeons during cardiovascular and endovascular surgeries
• Maintain sterile field and ensure infection control compliance
• Handle surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment
• Anticipate surgeon needs during procedures
• Assist in patient positioning and pre-operative preparation
• Ensure proper cleaning and sterilization of instruments
• Collaborate with surgical and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:

• Graduate of a formal surgical technologist program
• CST Certification required
• BLS certification through AHA required
• Minimum 4 years CVOR experience required
• Endovascular and cardiovascular experience required
