Our single-location, privately owned optometry practice is looking for an Optician who brings warmth, dependability, and attention to detail to everything they do. Essential Functions Assist patients with frame and lens selection Interpret and accurately fill optical prescriptions Take precise measurements Explain lens options, coatings, and pricing clearly and confidently Process orders, verify accuracy, and troubleshoot lab or warranty issues Adjust, repair, and maintain eyewear Keep optical displays organized, clean, and visually appealing Educate patients on proper eyewear care and usage Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and front desk staff to ensure a seamless patient experience Qualifications Prior optician experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate Strong customer service and communication skills Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Sales confidence paired with an ethical, patient-first approach Professional appearance and a positive attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive salary Bonus program Healthcare stipend if employer-sponsored insurance is needed Free vision care for you and your immediate family Free glasses 401(k) with employer contribution #J-18808-Ljbffr Optimal Eye Care
