Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist (Associate or Mid-Level)

Job Overview Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist (Associate or Mid-Level) (Level 2 or 3) supporting the B-52J IP&S Program in Oklahoma City, OK. Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities. Responsibilities Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards. Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives. Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout the lifecycle of program or project. Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers. Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion. Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives. Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders. Basic Qualifications Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills. 1 or more year of experience in a finance, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, program management, or project management role. 1 or more year of experience in using Integrated Scheduling tools such as: Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project Professional, Enterprise Project Management, or a similar tool. Preferred Qualifications Level 3: 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s Degree or higher. 1+ year of experience using Open Plan Professional (OPP). 1+ year of experience managing EVM metrics. Successfully satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest assessment process. Eligibility and Conditions Must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Secret clearance post‑start). U.S. Citizenship required. Position is 100% onsite; candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense. Up to 10% travel may be required. Shift 1 (first shift). Drug‑free workplace; testing policy applies. Benefits and Compensation Level 2: $71,400 - $96,600 Level 3: $87,550 - $118,450 Competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities.
