Developer Industry & Sector Financial Services Technology — Banking risk, compliance and regulatory reporting platforms. We build and maintain enterprise‑scale case management and analytics solutions that help banks manage regulatory investigations, AML alerts, and operational risk workflows. Location & Work Type Mount Laurel, NJ, United States – Hybrid. Full‑time position with periodic on‑site collaboration required. Pay Range $110,000.00/yr – $120,000.00/yr (Base pay range) Role & Responsibilities Design, configure, and implement OFSAA ECM case definitions, workflows, business rules, screens, and user roles to support AML, fraud, and operational risk processes. Integrate OFSAA ECM with upstream systems and data sources using REST/SOAP services, file‑based feeds, and Oracle DB interfaces; build resilient connectors and error‑handling routines. Develop and maintain PL/SQL and Java components that support case processing, alerts routing, and batch/real‑time ingestion. Tune OFSAA ECM performance and participate in capacity planning, indexing, and SQL optimization to meet SLAs for high‑volume environments. Author technical design documents, runbooks, and test cases; lead build, unit, system and UAT activities and support deployments through CI/CD pipelines. Provide production support and incident resolution for ECM workflows, collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to iterate on use‑cases.
