Physical Therapist (PT)

Pride Health is hiring a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to support our client's healthcare facility in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania.

Job Details:

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Location: Huntingdon, PA
Float / Coverage Area: Huntingdon County, Northern Blair County, and Centre County, PA
Job Type: Local Contract
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Pay Range: $50/hr - $55/hr


Mileage Reimbursement Rate : Yes
Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties:

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
• Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress toward functional goals.
• Complete all required clinical documentation, assessments, and OASIS documentation accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, safety precautions, and home exercise programs.

Requirements:

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or PT degree)

License(s):

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Pennsylvania

Certification(s):

• Current BLS Certification preferred

Years of Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Home Health experience strongly preferred
