Trusted Health seeks an ICU & ED Float Nurse to deliver high-acuity care across critical care and emergency departments. In this dynamic role, you’ll perform rapid assessments, stabilize critically ill or injured patients, manage ventilators and complex drips, and interpret hemodynamic and cardiac data while floating between units based on real-time needs. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, respond to codes, and support patients and families through intense clinical situations.
