Civil Engineer - Construction Project Manager

We are in need of a highly-skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Construction Project Manager As a Civil Engineer you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning and design to implementation and completion You will be working closely with architects contractors and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time within budget and according to specifications Responsibilities Plan design and oversee construction projects from start to finish Conduct feasibility studies and site inspections to assess project needs Prepare project budgets timelines and progress reports Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and other professionals involved in the project Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and other legal requirements Manage project resources efficiently to meet deadlines and stay within budget constraints Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments or changes as needed Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise Requirements Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software Strong knowledge of building codes safety regulations and other legal requirements Excellent communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Attention to detail Problem-solving skills Strong leadership abilities Salary $1400 USD tax-free per month Location Washington DC USA Preference Malayalee candidates preferred Note This position is open to both English-speaking candidates as well as those who do not speak English fluently Accommodation is not provided but we offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for successful candidates #J-18808-Ljbffr Work corp
