Horizon Health in any Horizon Location is seeking a full-time Human Resource Coordinator . The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator provides administrative, operational and strategic human resources support to the HR Department and Horizon Health. Successful candidates for
the HR Coordinator should be passionate about providing high-quality, patient centered care. Horizon Health offers a team-oriented work environment focused on meeting the needs of individual patients while supporting and contributing to the health and wellness of our

* This position is open only to candidates residing in South Dakota or a neighboring state. Telework arrangement will only be considered for those located in South Dakota or neighboring state.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain paperless document database and ensure that relevant and up-to-date employee documents are uploaded into the HRIS system.
• Process enrollment forms and coordinate health, dental, vision, Aflac, flex spending account, life and disability insurance with the various service providers concerning routine administration of programs for employee benefits.
• Schedule and attend leave conversations and process employee FMLA and STD paperwork.
