the HR Coordinator should be passionate about providing high-quality, patient centered care. Horizon Health offers a team-oriented work environment focused on meeting the needs of individual patients while supporting and contributing to the health and wellness of our
communities. * This position is open only to candidates residing in South Dakota or a neighboring state. Telework arrangement will only be considered for those located in South Dakota or neighboring state. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain paperless document database and ensure that relevant and up-to-date employee documents are uploaded into the HRIS system.
- Process enrollment forms and coordinate health, dental, vision, Aflac, flex spending account, life and disability insurance with the various service providers concerning routine administration of programs for employee benefits.
- Schedule and attend leave conversations and process employee FMLA and STD paperwork.
