Title: Mid-level Litigation Associate (Science Background Required) Location : Hybrid -AZ, CA, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, MN, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, WA Key Notes/Company Details: Headquartered in both Chicago, IL and London, England. Responsibilities: Communicate with clients and provide strategic legal counsel. Supervise associates and manage team dynamics. Work closely with experts to develop cases and assist in depositions. Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda. Contribute to the development of case strategies and litigation plans. Requirements: Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably with an AmLaw 100 firm. A science background is required. Experience with product liability and/or complex commercial litigation. Experience working with pharmaceutical and medical device industries/clients. Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong research, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking abilities. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence others. Strong project management and multitasking skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties, both verbally and in writing. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school.
