FULL OR PART‑TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Schedule includes afternoon/evening shifts from 11 am to 7 pm, a Sunday shift when the store is closed, and occasional overnight shifts during holiday seasons. Job Summary We are looking for an individual who is as passionate about food quality, customer service, and community as we are. In the role of Assistant Bread Baker , you will be part of a dynamic team that offers a unique menu of artisan, sweet, & seasonal breads all baked with honest, whole ingredients. Responsibilities & Qualifications Proven track record of demonstrating superhero abilities in the kitchen, from following recipes to paying close attention to additional details and creating one‑of‑a‑kind breads. Ability to lift large amounts of dough, flour, and other supplies weighing 50 lbs. or more, and to stand, lift, and mix on a daily basis. Flexibility and adaptability while keeping a close eye on what’s cooking. Large‑scale baking/pastry experience (preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right person). Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards. Formal baking/pastry education is a bonus.
