Financial Asset Management Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting day-to-day financial execution for the regional portfolio, the full-time Financial Asset Management Analyst will manage portfolio maintenance, prepare Investment Committee materials, and provide analytical support for asset management initiatives in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Maintain and update asset-level financial models for forecasting and reporting Support the preparation of Investment Committee materials and ensure consistency with underlying models Provide analytical support for asset management projects and prepare recurring financial reports Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, business, or economics preferred Entry-level to one year of analyst experience Exposure to ARGUS preferred but not required Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team-focused environment Virtual Vocations Inc
