The Job:

As the Process Engineer, you’ll be responsible for providing daily engineering support to manufacturing operations to resolve schedule attainment issues and improve efficiency. (Processes may include a mix of milling, heat treat, welding, punch, finishing, printing or packaging)

Specifically, you’ll:

• Serve as a technical resource for troubleshooting and resolving process issues
• Identify and lead initiatives to improve cost, quality, service, throughput, and yield within assigned areas
• Support and implement improvements related to process safety and operational risk assessments
• Evaluate capital planning needs and support equipment upgrades, modifications, and technology investments
• Lead new equipment Installations and existing equipment modifications
• Implement new equipment processes and procedures
• Liaison with suppliers, customers, and research & development staff
• Create drawings for tooling modification and gage design
• Support new product launches
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and execute process trials, experiments, and data-driven improvement projects
• Document technical findings, communicate recommendations clearly, and contribute to effective team decision-making
• Troubleshoot robotics
• Execute other duties as assigned.

The Person:

You’re a curious problem solver who has the ability to bring big ideas to life. You’re creative and self-driven but can navigate a large organization with ease. You’re agile and adaptable but work with precision to ensure we deliver top-notch customer experiences, always. You also have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 3+ years’ experience in Manufacturing Engineering function
• Automation experience (robots, vision systems, packaging, etc.)
• Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, TPS, Lean Manufacturing Methods
• Familiar with Quality Management Systems, ISO9001.2015 or similar
• Willing to travel occasionally (<10%)
• Can read and understand technical drawings and schematics

The Salary range for this position is $72,000.00 - $115,900.00
