Seeking an experienced Lead Game Designer, the full-time position will define the creative and gameplay direction for a new horror game, manage a design team, and prototype core gameplay features in a collaborative environment. Key responsibilities Own the overall gameplay vision and establish design direction throughout pre-production Prototype gameplay features using Blueprints and collaborate with engineering for implementation Lead, mentor, and grow a team of game designers while fostering a healthy design process Required qualifications 8+ years of professional game design experience Previous experience as a Lead Designer, Principal Designer, or Design Director on shipped titles Deep understanding of gameplay systems, progression, and player psychology Strong prototyping skills in Unreal Engine Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through ambiguity
