About the Role We're looking for a high-energy, results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the face of our company out in the field, building real relationships with local business owners and turning cold introductions into long-term partnerships. What You'll Be Doing You'll own your territory from the ground up prospecting, pitching, and closing. Day-to-day, that looks like: Conducting door-to-door visits to local businesses, introducing our services to owners, managers, and key decision-makers Delivering compelling, tailored presentations that clearly communicate value and solve real business problems Generating and qualifying your own leads through field prospecting and professional networking Building a pipeline of clients and nurturing those relationships to drive repeat business and referrals Logging daily activity, managing your pipeline, and staying organized using CRM tools Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets Feeding market insights back to internal teams to sharpen strategy and service delivery Collaborating with operations to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients What We're Looking For Required: 2+ years of experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, or B2B sales A proven track record of independently prospecting, presenting, and closing deals Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Comfort and confidence with cold outreach and unscripted, face-to-face conversations Self-starter mentality disciplined, accountable, and motivated by results Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred: Background in business services, technology, marketing, or other B2B solution sales Experience managing a sales territory or developing accounts over time Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management What We Offer Base salary up to $45,000/year, plus a highly competitive performance-based commission structure with strong earning potential for top performers Uncapped commission the harder you work, the more you earn Comprehensive training and onboarding to set you up for success from day one Clear career growth pathways as we continue to scale A supportive, performance-driven culture that celebrates wins and invests in its people You’ll Thrive Here If You...
