About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to help shape how customers discover, understand, and engage with Oracle AI Database across digital channels.Sitting at the intersection of product marketing and digital marketing strategy, this role will translate Oracle’s AI Database strategy into compelling digital experiences that move customers from awareness to consideration and action. Accommodations to this requirement may be granted following an individualized assessment.What You'll DoOwn digital product marketing strategy and execution for Oracle AI Database across web, campaigns, content, nurture, and other digital channels.Translate complex AI database capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions, messaging, and digital experiences.Shape the end-to-end digital customer journey, ensuring customers can easily discover, understand, evaluate, and take action on Oracle AI Database.Develop high-impact digital content and experiences, including web pages, campaign assets, thought leadership, customer stories, and conversion-focused content.Partner with product marketing teams to translate broader messaging and go-to-market priorities into compelling digital activation.Drive web strategy and optimization, using customer behavior and performance insights to continuously improve engagement and conversion.Help optimize Oracle AI Database content for both traditional search and emerging AI-driven discovery and answer experiences (LLMs).Partner closely with campaign, creative, web, demand generation, analytics, and regional teams to deliver integrated digital programs.Use data and performance insights to identify opportunities, test new approaches, and optimize programs for greater business impact.Bring a strong point of view on how AI is changing digital marketing and help evolve how we reach, engage, and educate customers.Experience Requirements8–12+ years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, content strategy, or integrated marketing roles.Experience marketing complex technology products, ideally across AI, cloud, data, databases, infrastructure, or developer technologies.Strong understanding of product marketing fundamentals, including positioning, messaging, audience segmentation, customer journeys, and go-to-market strategy.Demonstrated experience translating technical capabilities into simple, compelling customer value.Experience developing and optimizing digital experiences across web, campaigns, content, nurture, and related channels.Strong analytical mindset with experience using performance data and customer insights to improve marketing effectiveness.Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence teams across product marketing, creative, web, campaigns, demand generation, and analytics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence and attention to detail.You’ll Thrive Here If YouCan make complex AI and database technology feel simple, relevant, and compelling.Think like a product marketer but understand how to bring a story to life across the entire digital journey.Are equally comfortable developing a messaging framework, reviewing a web experience, shaping a campaign, and digging into performance data.Have strong customer instincts and continually ask, “What does the customer need to understand or do next?”Are curious about how AI, search, and changing buyer behaviors are reshaping digital marketing.Move quickly, collaborate well, and enjoy building new approaches rather than simply maintaining existing ones.Posting Date: 2026-10-02
