Junior Data Scientist

Contingent Upon reward Key Responsibilities Data Preparation & Analysis Perform foundational data preparation and cleansing to support analytics and reporting. Execute routine analytical models under the direction of the Senior Analyst. Assist with validating and organizing data for analysis. Scripting & Automation Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine data processing and queries. Write and execute SQL queries to extract and manipulate data. Support automation efforts to improve data collection and reporting processes. Data Visualization & Reporting Create basic dashboards and data visualizations using standard business intelligence tools. Support the development of reports and analytical products for stakeholders. Assist with communicating analytical findings through clear visualizations and reporting. Team Collaboration Work closely with the Senior Analyst and other data team members to support project objectives. Participate in data validation, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement efforts. Support analytics initiatives across the Marine Corps Logistics GPN program. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. 1-4 years of related experience. Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL. Experience with basic data visualization tools.
