You will play a key role in planning and coordinating maintenance and project activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance throughout the process. Requirements Key Responsibilities Planning & Organizing: Develop detailed schedules for maintenance and project activities, considering resources, personnel, and materials for optimal efficiency. Execution Coordination: Monitor progress, manage deadlines, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, technicians, and operators to resolve issues quickly. Operational Support: Assist maintenance teams with technical analyses and procurement of materials. Documentation Management: Prepare work instructions, safety plans, reports, and maintain accurate records. Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes and propose improvement projects. Training & Knowledge Sharing: Provide guidance and training to maintenance personnel on new procedures. Maintenance Plan Development: Create and update preventive and corrective maintenance plans. Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and proactively mitigate risks. Supplier Coordination: Manage timely delivery of materials and maintain supplier relationships. Budget Monitoring: Assist in managing project budgets and resource allocation. Candidate Profile Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electromechanics or related field. Experience: Industrial environment experience; instrumentation knowledge is an asset. Skills: Safety-conscious, hands-on, motivated, and flexible. Certification: Valid VCA certificate required.
