Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse Springfield, Oregon. This position involves providing high-quality perioperative care in a Level II trauma-certified facility. The role requires well-rounded experience across multiple surgical specialties and the ability to adapt within a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week
• Certifications Required: BLS required; ACLS and PALS strongly preferred
• Experience: 2 years of OR experience, including trauma care; 1 year of Epic electronic health record experience; OR experience in settings with high-acuity cases preferred
• Specific Skills and Procedures: Laparoscopic cases, use of DaVinci Xi and DV5 robotic surgical systems, high acuity ortho, neuro, and general cases, including trauma and complex surgeries such as craniotomies, vascular, and robotic procedures
• Additional Qualifications: Comfortable working in a Level II trauma environment, experience with complex procedures listed in the job description, and ability to work up to four on-call shifts per month
• Facility Details: Short-term acute care, Level II Trauma Center, 385 staffed beds, non-profit organization
• Unit Information: 60-70 cases/day, 23 rooms, performing high-acuity surgeries across multiple specialties, including orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, gynecology/urology, and robotics.
• Travel Requirements: Willing to float within scope as needed; candidates with experience in trauma and robotic surgery strongly preferred.
• Additional Notes: No limited for RTO; start date possible from 08/03/2026, subject to licensure processing.
