Oncourse Home Solutions is seeking a Regional Field Operations Recruiter to identify and engage prospective residential trades contractors for our Network Provider program across a multi-state territory. The role includes evaluating contractor businesses, negotiating service rates, and coordinating onboarding requirements. Some travel is expected as the recruiter will visit prospects in-market.
