Our agency is dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers. We believe that strong relationships are the foundation of our success, and we are looking for a motivated Customer Retention Specialist to help us maintain and grow these relationships. Position Overview:
As a Customer Retention Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us. You will be responsible for proactive outreach, responding to inquiries, and providing behind-the-scenes service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities:
- Make personalized birthday calls to customers to strengthen relationships and enhance customer experience.
- Set appointments for policy reviews to ensure customers are up-to-date with their coverage and options.
- Review customer changes by managing service tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct thank you calls for new business onboarding to welcome and engage new customers.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer text messages.
- Check and respond to voicemails in a timely manner.
- Perform behind-the-scenes service work to support customer accounts and improve service delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient with phone, text, and email communication.
- Experience in customer service, retention, or insurance-related roles is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
