Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in labor and delivery, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients throughout the childbirth process. The role involves collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver exceptional maternal and neonatal care.

Responsibilities:

• Administer prenatal, labor, and postpartum care to patients.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs during labor.
• Assist with deliveries and manage complicated or high-risk situations.
• Educate patients and their families on postpartum care and infant care practices.
• Document patient conditions, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and standard clinical procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current state certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and delivery nursing.
• BLS and NRP certifications required; EFM experience preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts (3x12 hours) and handle high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to float between units if required.
