What You'll Do

• Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, connecting them quickly with the right team member
• Schedule appointments and manage day-to-day office communications
• Handle incoming inquiries and maintain accurate customer records
• Support sales efforts by engaging confidently in conversations and helping clients explore insurance options that fit their needs
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up proactively to ensure client satisfaction
• Assist with administrative tasks and special projects to keep the office running efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Experience in receptionist, customer service, or similar roles (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a welcoming, professional attitude
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Comfort engaging in sales-related conversations (confidence is key)
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
