Senior Associate, Regional Market Rep (Tysons Corner)

Position at Dealer Spike, a LeadVenture company, is hiring Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to help drive growth by creating conversations with prospective customers, building interest in our solutions, and generating qualified pipeline opportunities for our sales organization through strategic outbound prospecting. This is an entry-level sales role designed for individuals who are ready to build foundational sales skills, thrive in a high-performance environment, and grow into future sales opportunities. The BDR role is ideal for individuals who have mastered inbound lead management or have demonstrated success in customer-facing roles and are ready to develop expertise in outbound prospecting, account planning, territory strategy, and consultative selling. As a BDR, you will develop strategic account plans, identify buying signals, engage multiple stakeholders, and create qualified sales opportunities through thoughtful, persistent outbound outreach.
