Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an ER patient population following established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions; respond promptly to changes in status.
- Administer medications and therapies as prescribed; monitor for therapeutic and adverse effects.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; delegate tasks appropriately.
- Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring clear communication and effective handoffs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards of practice.

Requirements
- ER nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced ER environment and adapt to changing patient needs
- Effective communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary staff
- Competence in documenting care and coordinating with the care team
- Comfort working in a hospital ER setting on a travel assignment
