About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Initiatives to play a pivotal role in driving the organization's growth, transformation, and value creation agenda. This high-impact position involves partnering closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to develop and execute strategic priorities, leading enterprise-wide initiatives that support growth, operational excellence, and value creation. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, technology and transformation initiatives, growth strategy, and corporate development support. Key responsibilities include conducting structured analyses, providing strategic recommendations, and serving as a trusted advisor on enterprise-wide opportunities and challenges. The role also requires the ability to drive complex initiatives from concept to implementation, evaluate opportunities for operational improvement, and ensure alignment between strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years' of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or strategic operations, with a strong preference for those with a background in healthcare services, technology, or related sectors. Core competencies include being strategic, analytical, and proactive, with a collaborative leadership style and the ability to influence without direct authority. A proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business impact is essential. Experience with private equity-backed organizations and an MBA or advanced degree are also preferred.
