Structural WelderAbout the Role: As a Structural Welder in our manufacturing facility, you will play a crucial role in the production process by joining metal components through various welding techniques. Ultimately, your work will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in the manufacturing industry.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to pass a 6GR Flux Core Weld test (6 inch pipe in 6G position with a restricted ring). Proven experience as a welder. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with steel fabrication. Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Rigging Able to operate an overhead shop crane Willing to work overtime if needed Work well with a teamSkills:The required skills of Structural welding will be utilized daily as you perform various welding tasks on different materials. Your mechanical inclination will aid in understanding complex blueprints and technical drawings, ensuring accurate execution of welding specifications. Heavy lifting skills will be essential when handling large metal components, contributing to efficient workflow. Additionally, your experience in metal fabrication will enhance your ability to create precise and durable welded structures.
