Personal Coordinator, Supporting Act & Artistic Director

This is a role focused on part-time personalized service to our company’s Supporting Act and Artistic Director. All candidates must have reliable transportation and housing in the greater Las Vegas area, be ready to start quickly, and adaptable to the preferences of the artist you're supporting.

 

• Daily reporting to our Supporting Act and Artistic Director for domestic and professional support as assigned for tasks including running errands, domestic and workplace chores, social media support, as well as any administrative tasks and physical coordination support when needed.
• Coordinating the Supporting Act’s day-to-day needs including creating calendars or schedules, reminding them of important or urgent matters, and ensuring their needs are met before and after performances.
• Coordinating the Supporting Act’s schedule for meetings, rehearsals, or performances as needed.
• Coordinating procurement, reordering, and deliveries for the supporting act’s merchandise, including helping their merchandise ideas become a physical reality. Support and coordination for other merchandise operations as assigned.
• Monitoring supporting acts emails and correspondence, ensuring that messages get to where they need to go with replies coordinated as applicable and as needed.
• Proactively providing additional support to other areas of the business when requested or when necessary.
• Physically helping with care for pets and personal hobbies upon request.
• Dictating notes at meetings, follow-up items, and similar for the wider-team’s awareness of the supporting act’s needs for our production and their other performances. 
• Providing transportation for appointments and commitments as needed.
• Booking transportation or accommodations for the supporting act when traveling, and on occasion traveling with the supporting act to support performances or commitments locally, domestically, and abroad.
• Coordinating purchases and deliveries of perishable goods, food, and beverages for thee Supporting Act’s residence and venue on an as-needed basis. 
• Coordinating online sales and postings, answering inquiries, and supporting the needs of online shoppers on an as-needed basis.
• Physically going to relevant service provider locations to ensure that the Supporting Act and Creative Director have everything they need for an outstanding performance, proactively supporting other functions as necessary.
• Coordinating, learning, and executing pre-performance duties in areas with low light, fog, and other atmospheric effects. Ensuring a smooth transition from pre-show to during show activities.
• Prioritizing the needs of our Supporting Act and Artistic Director and ensuring a comfortable, and stable, work environment is achieved on a daily basis.
• Attending all rehearsals, and ensuring artist needs are met throughout the rehearsal process.
• Following company policies, the company handbook, and personalized preferences of our Supporting Act and Artistic Director.
• Completing a mandatory OSHA 10 training in advance of employment.
• A background check and NDA is required for this position.
• Duties will be modified or added at the discretion of Company.
