Retail Marketing and Store Relations, Manager

Position Summary

This Manager role is a critical operational role within the Wholesale Retail Operations & Marketing team, responsible for the day-to-day execution of marketing programs, administrative coordination, and partner-facing support across the 3Z Brands brick-and-mortar retail ecosystem. This role ensures that the many moving parts of our retail marketing operation run smoothly — from managing creative asset requests and print orders to coordinating promotional communications and maintaining compliance with pricing policies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by executing with precision across a wide variety of tasks. Core Responsibilities

Retail Logistics & Distribution Coordination

• Manage weekly customer pickup request scheduling, coordinating return pickups as requested by retail distribution centers and ensuring timely communication with relevant parties.
• Coordinate strategic account marketing collateral across seasonal and promotional periods — monitor the promotional calendar and manage the print order process to ensure current sale information is consistently available and displayed in stores.
• Manage in-store branding logistics and ordering, including headboards, creative installations, and other point-of-purchase (POP) materials on an ad hoc basis, working with the appropriate partners to fulfill display material needs for select accounts.
• Process print orders for select retail accounts, including price and spec cards, on an occasional basis as requested.

MAP Pricing Compliance

• Conduct daily and weekly monitoring of retailer websites to identify Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy violations across Helix and Brooklyn Bedding product lines.
• Perform outreach to non-compliant retail partners as needed, communicating pricing policy requirements and coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain a log of MAP compliance activity and flag escalating or recurring issues to the Senior Director.

Retail Partner Communications & Promotions

• Prepare and distribute Helix and Brooklyn Bedding pricing and promotional announcements to retail partners on a monthly basis (and as needed), ensuring accuracy and timely delivery ahead of sale periods.
• Monitor the marketing and promotions calendar to proactively anticipate upcoming sale periods and trigger creative asset requests accordingly.
• Coordinate the creation and distribution of promotional creative assets for retail partners (Helix and Brooklyn Bedding), working with creative teams to request materials and managing distribution to retailers in advance of key promotions.

Process Discount Code Requests for Employee Purchase Programs, coordinating with internal teams to generate and deliver codes on schedule.

Meta Creative Management

• Implement new creative assets at the ad set level across retailer-specific Meta campaigns for Helix and Brooklyn Bedding, aligning updates with the promotional calendar.
• Execute creative swaps and updates across a large set of retail partner accounts within Meta Ads Manager — a high-volume, detail-intensive task requiring precision and consistency.
• Coordinate with the Sr. Manager, Retail Growth Marketing to ensure creative updates are sequenced correctly and aligned with live campaign structures.

Retail Pitch Decks & Market Analysis

• Assist with the preparation of retailer-facing pitch decks and business review decks by pulling requested data, updating deck templates with appropriate retailer branding, and formatting deliverables to a presentation-ready standard.
• Support ad hoc and weekly site visit preparation by compiling performance data, market analysis, and account-specific insights as requested.
• Maintain and update pitch deck templates to reflect current product, pricing, and brand information.

SPIFF & Incentive Program Administration

• Process SPIFF approval requests via the Elite Rewards platform on a weekly basis, reviewing submissions, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating approvals with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain organized records of SPIFF activity and flag any anomalies or issues to the Senior Director.

Experience & Background

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, retail operations, project coordination, or a related field. Recent graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with or exposure to digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) is a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with retail or wholesale environments is a plus.
• Comfortable working with marketing calendars, promotional timelines, and cross-functional workflows.
