Phlebotomist III - Floater

Job Title: Phlebotomist III - Floater Location: Sandy Springs, GA 30328 Shift: Flexible hours - 7 AM-3 PM, 8 AM-5 PM, or 9 AM-6 PM

Job Summary: Responsible for collecting, labeling, processing, and preparing blood specimens accurately and safely while providing excellent patient care and maintaining confidentiality. Travel between patient service centers and physician offices as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
• Verify patient information and accurately label specimens.
• Maintain records, follow safety protocols, and ensure specimen integrity.
• Deliver professional customer service in a high-volume environment.
• Travel between multiple locations and accommodate flexible scheduling.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience.
• Pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collection experience.
• Strong communication, customer service, and data entry skills.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
