Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: Cameron, WI Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday Hours: 40 hrs. per week (7:15 am - 3:45 pm) Start Date: August 16, 2024 End Date: May 23, 2025 Job Description and Responsibilities: As a Speech-Language Pathologist in Cameron, WI, you will: Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' functional abilities and needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication, sensory processing, and self-care skills. Provide direct therapy services, consultation, and collaboration with school staff and families to support students' participation in classroom activities. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Caseload Details: Serve K-12 grade students with an average caseload of 45 students. Serve IEP and 504 minutes, attend IEP/504 meetings, write all speech components of the IEP or 504, and write the entire IEP for students who are speech-only. Be a member of the MTSS team. Requirements: Wisconsin DPI certification. PEL with an SLP endorsement. Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology. Wisconsin state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
