Job Title Line Service Technician Department Engineering | Fixed Base Operation Location Knowlton Executive Terminal (1019) Position Type Regular Scheduled Hours 28 hours per week Shift Varying Shifts Salary Range $17.75 - $26.63 per hour (actual salary may vary based on education, experience, internal equity, etc.) Responsibilities Provide airport line services to university-based and transient aircraft operators Support airport security services Provide customer service assistance Tow, direct, secure, and fuel aircraft Assist with fuel area operations Perform quality control testing Maintain fuel and oil inventory controls Perform miscellaneous ground service such as snow removal Maintain ground equipment and secure facilities Qualifications Minimum education required per classified Civil Service Specifications or equivalent combination of education and experience Valid driver's license At least 3 months experience in public relations or customer service Desired: At least 3 months experience in aircraft refueling and towing Ability to work outdoors in all seasons and conditions; may require night/weekend work; ability to work early and stay late as needed Additional Information Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check.
