Registered Nurse - Cath Lab

Cardiac Cath Lab Travel Nurse

Needs to be able to start 11/2/2026 - no sooner or later. Please do not submit if they cannot start on 11/2. Must have 2+ years of recent cardiac cath lab experience - if traveler lives within 50 miles of facility, they will be considered local. Local rate is $15 less than travel rate. Start date (or range): ASAP. Assignment length: 13 weeks. Floating required: per facility needs. Call is required. Call frequency (weekday/weekend) - 11-14 days, weekday and rotating weekend call required. Rotation structure - varies. Minimum response time - response time less than 30 minutes. Any holiday call expectations - 24 hour call on holidays and would be rotating. Typical call volume/callback frequency - since opening this unit in January, the team has been called in 14 times. Shift: 4x10 / 5x8. Guaranteed hours: 36. Weekend requirement: per facility needs. Minimum years of experience: 1. Recent experience required: yes – within the past year. Required skills/competencies: diagnostic cardiac cath lab, interventional cardiac cath lab, diagnostic catheterizations adult, interventional catheterizations, left heart catheterization, pulmonary artery line/Swan Ganz monitoring, right heart catheterization, procedural sedation administration/monitoring, interpretation/management of dysrhythmias, monitoring procedural sedation. License required: NY state license. Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS. All RTO must be on submittal. Any RTO after offer will not be approved. It will be the traveler’s responsibility to have any additional shifts covered. Call-off policy: 3 shifts per 13 week assignment. Automatic disqualifications: no hits on nursing license. Approved if your traveler does not have a NY license, they can still be submitted as long as they applied for the license. When submitted, your team will need to provide the date the application was submitted.
