Pay: $20/Hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Complete apartment make-readies and unit turns efficiently and on schedule
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents through repairs, touch-ups, and inspections
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
• Install and replace fixtures, hardware, and other apartment components
• Troubleshoot and perform minor appliance repairs
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Communicate project status and maintenance needs with onsite staff
• Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards

Qualifications

✅ Previous experience as a Make Ready Technician or Apartment Maintenance Technician required

✅ Working knowledge of:

• Basic electrical repairs
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Carpentry and hardware installation
• Appliance troubleshooting

✅ Must provide your own basic tools

✅ Ability to safely operate hand and power tools

✅ Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the workday

✅ Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
