Research Administration Management Analyst-Medical Oncology

IIT (Investigator Initiated Trial) Research Administrative Management Analyst The IIT Research Administrative Management Analyst acts on behalf of and under the direction of the sponsor‑investigator(s) in the Division of Medical Oncology within the Department of Internal Medicine. The analyst is involved in all facets of clinical trial conduct from initial protocol development through trial closure and project completion with limited supervision. Responsibilities include drafting and initiating investigator‑initiated clinical trials, overseeing multicenter studies where OSU is the coordinating site, training study coordinators, ensuring scientific integrity of data, protecting rights and safety of human study subjects, managing administration, financial and billing, providing consultation, education, data management (abstraction, reporting, analysis, monitoring, auditing), ensuring ethics and regulations compliance, and designing and maintaining tracking systems and databases for regulatory compliance. Minimum Education/Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a relevant healthcare field, or an equivalent combination; Master's degree preferred. 2 years of relevant experience in patient‑centered research (including clinical trials), business, drug development, or other management capacities; experience with program management and development required. Experience in health professions research preferred. Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check. A drug screen or physical may be required during the post‑offer process.
