We are seeking a skilled and experienced Grill Cook to join our team. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled food items. This is a fast-paced role in a dynamic kitchen environment.

Duties:

• Prepare and cook grilled food items according to established recipes and guidelines
• Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and meets quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station
• Assist with food preparation and menu planning as needed
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures in the kitchen
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
• Adhere to all dietary restrictions and special requests from customers
• Assist with catering events as required

Skills:

• Previous experience in food handling and cooking, preferably in a grill cook role
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards
• Ability to handle knives and other kitchen equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of menu planning and familiarity with different types of cuisine is a plus
• Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and dietary restrictions

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
