Appointment Scheduler

Become a part of our caring community as an Appointment Scheduler, you will be responsible for making appointments for patients following medical practice procedures. Tasks may be integrated into another position, e.g. receptionist/registration clerk, or medical assistant. Location: CenterWell Senior Primary Care office address: 1149 Main Street, 2nd Floor, Lady Lake, Florida 32159.

Appointment Scheduler Role Overview:

• Use customer service principles and techniques to deal with patients calmly and pleasantly.
• Schedule appointments by phone, in person, or email.
• Ensure smooth flow of the schedules, using computerized system for appointment making, and maintaining accurate and complete records.

Use your skills to make an impact Additional Information Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience in an appointment scheduling position.
• Detail oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) system

Preferred

• Experience working within a medical practice setting.

Appointment Scheduler Working hours: Monday to Friday Scheduled 40 hours per week
