TRAINING COORDINATOR

SUMMARY:Conduct, coordinate and monitor training of new and existing employees on the electronic health and dental record systems with on-going follow-up training. Establishes and evaluates workflow and work processes to identify opportunities for improved efficiencies in staff and systems. Works with management to develop, implement, review and revise standards, policy and procedures.SCHEDULE/HOURS:Monday - FridayTypically 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.No weekendsCircumstances may require the employee to work hours house of those listed, but that is rare.Position is based in Tallahassee, FL, and will require travel to our sites.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:1.
