As a Business & Commercial intern , you'll work alongside experienced professionals, receive coaching and mentorship, and contribute to projects that support key business priorities. Through hands-on experiences, you'll strengthen your professional capabilities while gaining a deeper understanding of ExxonMobil's business and commercial operations. Assignments may provide exposure to areas such as: Sales Marketing Finance Business Development Supply Chain Procurement Commercial Operations Strategic Planning Beyond your project work, you'll have the chance to tour facilities, learn from senior leaders, and connect with experienced professionals across the organization. We also host social events that give you the chance to build relationships with your cohort, recent graduates, and leaders across ExxonMobil. Program Details: Summer internships: ~3 months High-performing interns are prioritized for return internships and, upon graduation, full-time roles in our Early Career Foundation program. Work Locations As an intern, you'll be placed at one of our locations across the United States based on business needs and available opportunities. Our business and commercial employees are predominantly located at our corporate headquarters in Spring, Texas , where most internship opportunities are based.
