The starting hourly wage is $19/hour with the potential to earn more depending on experience.Our Darlington facility manufactures Dixie® paper products. The Printing Technician position will be part of a shift team responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of our industrial printing presses as part of the overall plate and bowl making process.To learn more about Dixie®, please visit: You Will DoEnsure safe and efficient set up and operation of the printing equipmentConduct changeovers by setting up assigned equipment for change in material or productOperate and clean equipment to maintain productionCheck, test, and measure product for quality specifications. Examine for visual defectsPrep raw materials for production runWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)High school diploma or GED6 months or more of experience in a team environmentWhat Will Put You Ahead1-3 years of related manufacturing experienceAccurately and safely use equipment including the printing press, measuring equipment, and hand toolsAccurately record and maintain records pertaining to production time and qualityMechanical skills related to production or manufacturingAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
