MACHINE OPERATOR & PRODUCTION

Job Description

This role focuses primarily on standard machine operation within a large, clean, and highly organized manufacturing facility. You will support production by operating equipment, performing some packaging tasks, and moving parts and boxes around the plant.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
• Perform standard machine setup, basic adjustments, and monitoring to ensure consistent operation throughout the shift.
• Handle packaging tasks, including packing, labeling, and preparing products or parts for movement within the plant.
• Move parts, materials, and boxes around the facility, including between buildings and across different areas of the plant.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in alignment with 5S principles and departmental standards.

This is a Permanent position based out of Holland, MI.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
