Restock guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, coffee, and other items as needed. Inspect rooms to ensure all equipment and furniture are in good working condition and report maintenance issues. Assist in cleaning and maintaining public areas such as hallways, lounges, and restrooms. Follow safety protocols and cleaning procedures. Provide courteous service and address guest requests or concerns promptly. Handle laundry services, including collecting, washing, folding, and delivering linens and towels. Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities. Prepare rooms for new guests, ensuring standards of cleanliness and comfort. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience focused on guest satisfaction. Excellent time management and organizational skills in fast‑paced environments. Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with guests and collaborating with team members. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
