divh2Job Title: Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR)/h2pWe are seeking a licensed Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) to work in Columbus, Indiana./ph3Requirements:/h3ulliBe a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy college/liliDisplay evidence of interest in continued education within the profession and is encouraged to be a member of the American Occupational Therapy Organization (AOTA)/liliMust be licensed in the State of Indiana to practice OT/liliMay be responsible for supervising/training personnel such as COTA/liliCPR Certified or willing to obtain certification/liliPrevious experience in home health or in a health care setting is recommended but not required/li/ulh3Responsibilities:/h3ulliFollow receipt of a doctors referral, the therapist is responsible for evaluating the patient within 24 hours of written referral/liliRecommend programs will be patient specific to diagnosis according to the type/age of patient under program/liliAfter evaluating the patient, the therapist is responsible for planning, administering and supervising the COTA in an appropriate treatment plan/liliWill communicate with the referring physician and member of the rehabilitation team regarding the patients total treatment program./liliWill maintain an accurate daily record of treatments given to patients/liliPRN./li/ulp* Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19, or have a Medical or Religious Exemption to be employed by Indiana Fitness Works. *FULL TIME employees may be eligible for benefits.
